Return & refund policy

At Belano, we want to make sure that you only keep products that you love and feel empowered in! Therefore, it's incredibly easy to place a return request on our website. You simply have to login to your account using your email to place a return request. 

1. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your order. We offer a hassle-free return process with reverse pick-up services
   
   
2. Our courier will make one pick-up attempt. If they're unable to pick up the shipment, you may need to send it back to our address
   
   
3. Ensure that the returned product is in its original condition. Worn or damaged items won't be eligible for a refund. We start the refund process once the garment has been received back in our warehouse and is confirmed to be in original condition
   
   
4. It may take up to 30 days for the refund to be processed and appear in your bank account
