Refund policy

14-Day Easy Returns & Exchanges: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your order. We offer a hassle-free return process with reverse pick-up services. 

Pick-Up Attempts: Our courier will make one pick-up attempt. If they're unable to pick up the shipment, you may need to send it back to our address. Please check the availability of reverse pick-up in your area

Product Condition: Ensure that the returned product is in its original condition. Worn or damaged items won't be eligible for a refund

Refund Timeline: We initiate the refund after receiving the returned product and ensuring it's in original condition. It may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear in your bank account. Please note that refunds and bank transfers apply only to prepaid orders

Cancellations: You can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been dispatched from our warehouse.
